Mrs. Brown's Home Page

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year in Tomball ISD at Creekside Forest Elementary!

I am honored to partner with you and support your child’s destination of excellence at CFES!  This website will tell you a little about me and some important information for our school year. Please subscribe to this website for important reminders and updates.

The first days of school will be spent setting up our year for success including team building, investing in healthy relationships, and establishing expectations and initial goals.

Be encouraged to let me know your thoughts, concerns, and hopes for this year.  I value parent involvement and am determined to make this a successful year for each child.  I look forward to meeting you, your child, and your family.  Together we are going to have a great year!

Sincerely,
Jennifer Brown

Miss Weaver - Texas A&M Student Teacher

Newsletter: Week of January 25

I am so excited to share that next week a Texas A&M University student will join my class virtually each Wednesday and Thursday through mid April as a student teacher.

Miss Weaver shares a little about herself:
"I am a senior at Texas A&M, one of the best schools! I was born and raised in Houston, TX and absolutely love Houston. I have always known I wanted to be a teacher, there was never a doubt in my mind. Since I was a child I would play school in my room and always help my teachers out when they needed it. I am really passionate about students learning how to read, that was something that I struggled with as a student and with the support of amazing teachers I was able to develop those reading skills.

I love trying the latest crafting trend and trying to see how well I am able to make it compared to the demonstration! I love to be creative and try new things! A few fun things about me: my favorite color is blue, I love dogs, and my favorite type of food is Mexican especially queso!"

Welcome to CFES, Miss Weaver! Gig 'em!
